[2020] Corrupted texture (?) on default car skin

I entered Split Screen and the default skins got this pattern on it. All I know is that I entered the car painter before, but I can't reproduce it, as restarting the game fixed it.

It was also visible in that profile menu when choosing a country with no skin, so it defaults.
