Since the most recent update I'm having issues with Medals and Personal Best times being deleted from my local device each time I start the game. This is happening both offline and online on non-Nadeo maps.

Others in the Trackmania discord appear to be having the same issue and the advice given was to disable Microsoft OneDrive due to the document sync causing issues. I have fully uninstalled OneDrive from my PC but the issue still persists. I have also re-verified my game files multiple times via the Ubisoft Connect launcher.

The times are being saved server side in the leaderboards but my local times disappear every session.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the medals and PBs in Trackmania.

As your time possibly should be synchronized with your profile on the servers, we first would recommend you optimizing your local connection to the Trackmania servers.

The following support article will provide you with the necessary steps.

To check your connection, we'd also like to receive images from your router settings and port forwarding, which is suggested in the support article. We can then check those for any limitations in your network.

Should the issue persist, we also have already informed our developers about it. They weren't able to reproduce this issue on their side and therefore would need further information from you as well.

If you could answer us the following questions:

  • Was there an update while the issue occurred ?
  • Does the issue get fixed after reinstalling the game ?
  • Does the issue occur on a specific campaign or a specific track ?
  • Did the issue occur when a new track was released for the campaign ?
  • Do you still encounter this ?
  • Can you send us a screenshot with the result of an internet speed test for your connection ?
