Hi, I just tried to buy standard access through the in-game menu and got an error message that said that my purchase was unsuccessful and that I could try again. So I tried again and the second purchase was also unsuccessful. However, the money transfer actually got through on both attempts and now I'm down 20€. Who can rectify this error?

Please allow 24hrs from the point of purchase for your Access to be added to your account, just in case there are any delays.

If you still don't have your Access after 24hrs, please open a direct ticket via our Support Site, Facebook or Twitter so we can look into this further.
