[2022] When trying to launch trackmania, an error comes up "Corrupt instillation Please verify files integrity or reinstall game",

I have reinstalled the game at least 10x, I have tried on other accounts, I have trackmania bypassing my antivirus, and I have turned off my antivirus, I have installed all the software needed, I have installed the game onto different drives and different files in the drives still same error.

the error came up out of the blue when trying to launch a few days ago, not sure if its from an update or what

so i have narrowed it down to my actual computer, after installing trackmania on an external hard drive, and plugging it into my pc, it still says that it is a corrupt install, even though I can play trackmania fine on the laptop. any ideas?
