There is an issue for lenovo users playing tm 2020. Some maps makes game crash every time. I seen this problem been discussed months ago, but it is still a thing in this new season 
Map 12 in the new Fall mappack has the issue of crashing game every time, and it makes ranked a very unpleasant experience. I hope you can do something to fix this, or ban map 12 for match making.

Hey there @RalulGJ, and I am sorry to hear you're having a crashing issue.
In order to collect as much information about your computer as possible, it would help a lot if you could open a support ticket with us, and attach copies of your basic system files to that ticket.
Once you have that ticket open, please reply to this post to let me know! Please also list out any specific maps that are causing these crashes for you.
In the meantime, I would recommend following our PC Troubleshooting guide. Let me know if you continue to have issues after that, and once you have the support ticket open.
