[2021] [Crash/Freeze]Game freezes my computer when loading a map

Since the most recent update (09/06 @ roughly 19:30 UK time), the game crashes whenever I try to load into any map. This is due to an error to do with my graphics card (image attached). The game disappears, then reappears but doesn't load and eventually freezes my computer. When I disable my graphics card, the game works but is unplayable for me as without the graphics card I only get 15 fps. The game was working fine before the update as I was playing literally 30 minutes before I updated.
