[2023] Can't log into Ubisoft account connected to Xbox

Hello, I just cannot seem to log into the account that's connected to my Xbox account because I don't know the password. However, if I try to reset said password, I don't receive an Email with further instructions. I've tried about 15 times, even reset the password on my alternate account to see whether the problem is my Email or that they just don't get send by Ubisoft. And I can't contact anyone on the help page of Ubisoft. I just wanna try Tm2020 on Xbox
