[2022] Super Royal is broken - cannot join finals after qualifying

Super Royal has been broken since yesterday (Super Royal 2022-10-07 #1, the one at 20:00 CEST, was the first one affected). People can play the qualifier round, but the final round doesn't get created by the servers, so players are stuck unable to join and play their finals.
