[2023] Canceling ranked queue bug

Hello,
Sorry if this was already mentioned, I didn't bother reading all 40 pages of bug reports... (would be cool if we got a list to check if the bug is already reported or not...)
When you cancel ranked queue at same time as the match starts you get put into a match without even knowing it.

Last time I got this bug I'm pretty sure I didn't even do alt+tab.
