Hi everyone, sorry to see you are having trouble installing and running the game.
On top of the other fixes playrayman666 mentioned, can you please try the following -
1. Find the games .exe file and right click on it, then run as administrator.
2. Make sure you have recently updated your graphics card driver, as Nvidia and AMD now usually release monthly updates.
3. Delete any temporary files you have stored -
-Press Windows key and S, then type disk cleanup, and select it
-Select the drive you want to clean up, and then select OK.
-Under Files to delete, select the file types to get rid of. To get a description of the file type, select it.
-Select OK.
4. When trying to reinstall and launch the game, try disabling any software that you do not need that is running in the background, then restart your PC and launch the game -
