Hey,

I have been having this problem for 2 days now and have been unable to get into the game at all.

The game doesn't get pass this screen, goes non-responsive and I am forced to close.

I have already tried the following:

  • Reinstall trackmania & ubisoft connect
  • Updated windows & gpu drivers
  • Launching both trackmania and ubiconnect as admin
  • Launch the game in windowed mode
  • Disabled ubisoft connect in game overlay
  • Verified game files
  • Created exception in windows filewall
  • No other anti-viruses are active


I have no idea what is causing the issue, the game has always run for years prior.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Howdy @Proff10 , thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the forums 🙂 I understand you've had trouble getting into the game - sorry about that 😞 Let's get it solved for you.

You've basically already covered all the steps from our troubleshooting guide that would usually solve an issue like this. However, for that last step of checking for background programs, we'd recommend going ahead and using the Clean Boot process to check for all background program conflicts, in addition to firewalls and antiviruses.

If it still doesn't work, please take a peek at our system files support article- the two files it describes can help us to diagnose the issue. I can't do that here on the forum, though, so once you've got the two files prepared, please reach out to the team directly with the links below to send them across to us. Please include a link to this thread, and explain to them how far into loading the game you get before you get this error as well.
