Hello,
I would like to suggest a better account policy with respect to third party acces, namely Steam. When I am logged into my Steam account, I have a game bought and installed, it is riddiculous that I have to have a new account with another password that may prevent me from playing my game.
I just wanted to get back to AC Origins and this is my experience:
At first, your launcher started, asking for administrator permission for like 5 times. Then it asked me for account and password that had been for some mysterious reasons forgotten. I remembered that it will be one of about 10 possibilities so I started trying. Well, it got stuck, so I went dirrectely to the "forget password" menu, restored my password and wanted to (finally) start the game. BUT all what I found was that it is still stuck and will be stuck for an hour. I tried to write on a live chat to ask for unblocking, but no - it is unavailable, so I was asked to write an email (useless in this situation).
So here is a suggestion: FIX IT! There are like milion possibilities how to prevent this absurd situation from repeating, for example giving the game dirrectely to Steam account, or skip the login procedure while lounching from linked(!) Steam account, or just give us a way of unblocking the login after password recovery.
All that is needed is your will to make the experience more friendly for your customers.
