Two days ago I started having these little stutters. All graphics settings are on very low, V-Sync is off, GPU/CPU Sync is on immediate and the FPS is not throttled otherwise. In recordings, these stutters are not, but I notice the small lag very much on fast tracks.
Do any of you know what this "RenderVision" is and why it takes so long?
Does somebody have a fix ?

I'm sorry to hear about your issues with stuttering. Can I ask have you managed to resolve the issue since and if there were any changes to your computer hardware or software around the time you noticed the issues?
