Ports are forwarded, and the game is allowed in firewall.

Sorry to hear you're having a connection error when launching Trackmania. I'll be happy to help you get this sorted
I've had a look around on my end, and I don't see any reports of widespread issues with connections at this time 
Can you check out our PC connectivity guide for me? In particular from the guide, in this case, please make sure you're running the launcher and game with administrator rights, you've reset your network hardware, you're on a wired connection, and you've deactivated (temporarily, for testing) that firewall you mentioned, as well as any other background programs.
Let me know if I can clarify any of those steps, or if they fix the issue! If not, I'll have some further steps to try.
