Hi, hope someone can help me here as im finding it very hard to get my issue sorted out.
I added £20 to my wallet for the 1st time yesterday to buy Trackmania but the funds never appeared in my wallet. The funds were taking from my bank account though?
I have tried to contact Ubisoft but they make things so difficult to contact them. I have done all the stages to correct the issue but after i explain in the text and press enter, nothing happens? Can someone please tel me how to get this sorted out please.

I'm sorry to hear that your funds are not getting added to the wallet. Typically, if you are seeing that funds were taken from the bank but the order did not go through, the pending charges will drop off in 5-7 business days depending on your bank. I did go ahead and take a look at your account and I'm not seeing any purchases have gone through on our end. I apologize for the frustrations with contacting our Support team, but we'll want you to go ahead and create a ticket or reach out over social media so that our Store team can take a closer look into this for you.
