When I start a ranked game, the Synchronizing bar keeps on my screen the entire series.
The game continues, I can see the MVP, but I only get the bar and the ability to right click to see the map from above.
When I try to quit I get banned.
I'm unable to play like this.
It worked normaly before and I can play non live.

Can you confirm for me which Ubisoft game you are asking about? You've posted in our Trackmania forum, but I'm not 100% sure that you've described a Trackmania issue.
My apologies if this actually is about Trackmania and I've misunderstood
