[2022] Bug while joining Cup of the Day

Hello, when I tried to join the Cup of the Day server today, i got stuck in the first camera angle that you get that shows the entire map from a birds eye view. I couldn't press any buttons or even press escape to open the menu and leave the server. This had happened to me before, and usually a game restart fixed the problem. Not this time tho, after 5 game restarts, I was still stuck (the qualification phase was already over by then). My girlfriend encountered the same issue at the same time and through the chat, which i could access, i found out that other players on my server seemed to have the same problem. What can I do to not have that problem in the future? I recently bought standard access in specifically order to be able to play cup of the day, so this really sucks.
