Logically, if I have better times than him in my Region, consequently I have better times in the World Ranking too, and it gives me more points, right?

Could he have changed from region to another and is still bugged* here in my region with old times?

I've checked this with the team and it doesn't appear to be an issue.

Players are able to earn points / trophies from tracks outside of 'Track of The Day' which can impact their points score which appears to be the case here.
