[2020] Trophies and PB?

hello there, I do not know how to search this forum and do not see any important note for players:/ but today is the second day when not everybody finished the track is getting the trophy... why is that? is that game change or some bug you are working on? And is it possible to add into HUD of the game my PB (record of the track from all attempts) to know during racing? Do not know where to ask - I did not find some support of ubisoft which is not in form of chat, but e-mail, and I do not want to wait for person in chat :/ - so I will be very happy if someone informed can provide me answers in here
