I click to buy, select payment, and then it should redirect me to steam I guess, but it says "Sorry, it seems you tried to purchase this more than once. Try again in a few moments".

I waited, restarted the game still nothing, it always shows the same message

I'm sorry you've encountered this error trying to make a purchase!

There's a few things we want to check that can cause this error.

First, please make sure that your Ubisoft account information is filled in completely and accurately. This means EVERYTHING is filled out, including name, gender, and preferred language. Please make sure that the name on the account also matches the name on your payment method as any discrepancy there may cause issues. You can check all of this from the account management page here.

Second, if you're making the purchase in game, try making it through the Ubisoft Store website. You can also try browser troubleshooting steps to see if that helps any errors you encounter that way.

Finally, if you've tried a few times in quick succession then you may just need to wait 48 hours without any purchase attempts to prevent the error. If multiple purchase attempts are tried in a short span this can get marked as potentially fraudulent and will block any further attempts for a period of time. Wait a full 48 hours without any purchase attempts, any attempts made within 48 hours will completely reset the 48 hour timer if the system has marked the purchase as potentially fraudulent.
