I've had this problem ever since I started playing TM three weeks ago. I can only see the world rankings for any track / campaign / map. For example, in the Fall 2022 campaign, I can see my world rank, but if I select Continent, Country And Region, or Region, the displays are all blank: 
It's also like this on each track's finishing panel display: 
I had no idea this was even something that should show up until a friend (who is also top 20k in world for Fall 2022) showed me his screen which has all his local and country rankings. How can I fix this?
I'm on PC.
