As soon as I load up the game it opens the featured club menu, and I think it is a controller constantly opening it, however, I can't seem to disable the controller anywhere. Is there a way to play the game with controllers connected but make them not control the game? I don't want to disconnect my steering wheel and pedals every time I load the game as this causes issues in other games.

Sorry that you are running into this issue when playing the game. Something you can try looking at in-game is going to Options/Cogwheel -> Input -> Edit Device. From there, you might be able to mess around with various settings to see if anything fixes it. If you aren't able to access those options because of this issue, you may have to disconnect any extra peripherals like the steering wheel, etc to see what could be causing this to happen.
