This is happening to me in club rooms, when I play solo or in the Track of the Day rooms I can give up pressing the DELETE key or respawning using the BACKSPACE key. When I join a club room, when I press the DELETE or BACKSPACE key, the camera changes for a split of asecond (to like a general view of the map) and then the camera comes to the car again in the same position as before and the clock keeps ticking.
