@Tekay37 1. When you do a sport, you know if you are top 100, you don't know if 1.7M people play that sport. It's not meaningful. 2. Numbers are not visible in many games and I think it is better. When you log, the goal not to think about numbers but to think about having fun.
@lunaticmara Did not ignored, just did not saw. I will keep the idea to widen the number of regions. It was more based on number of players than number of regions. Some regions in the world have 40 millions people and are not divided. And yes it would be cool to divide more.

@fdonnerblume A lot of people are playing with it. But yes, your configuration linked to the game seems to have a real issue and it would be interesting to investiguate. Sorry, but first try reinstall (corrupted files) use default settings (so many combinations and devices) update drivers.
