FORTUNA 1 has passed cert and is launching tomorrow, Tuesday, February 5th!!

The icy winds of the Orbs Vallis await you tomorrow when we officially launch FORTUNA: Part 1 on Nintendo Switch! We thank you for your support and patience as we worked through squashing the crashes and getting the build into cert. 

We all lift together! 

Note: This is a remaster update! What exactly is a “remaster” you ask? Well! 

When we launch a remaster update we are essentially doing a big cache cleanup to optimize old and existing assets. When we do this, we free up space for updates such as FORTUNA: Part 1!

Since this affects existing assets, Warframe will be re-downloaded in its entirety when the update goes live. This...

Happy Friday! 

We will be doing some routine maintenance on our XB1 and PS4 servers next week to keep them in tip top shape! Maintenance will begin on the following dates: 

XB1: Tuesday, February 5th @ 9 AM ET 

PS4: Wednesday, February 6th @ 9 AM ET

The process will be ongoing throughout the day and while there shouldn’t be any service disruptions, Red Text will be there to give you the heads up and the “all clear” during some of the maintenance phases that may cause brief blips.

It is! You will see the toggle when you have equipped a Tennogen skin in the appearance tab.

When placing a object, since new controller update yesterday, the object placing will not stop spinning when adjusting pitch/yaw/roll. This makes placement of items near impossible. We hold L2 to change rotation and now it just spins til released. This even happens when using "constrained movement".

Ah! I'm being silly, the popup shows how much you need to build the Gravimag in Foundry, while the one on right is for being able to replicate the BP itself.

Please! For the love of all that is holy can you put some settings into the game so we can adjust settings like this ourselves? I use a 3rd party controller from Hori. They make good stuff and this controller worked perfectly for Warframe and all my other games...until this update. My right stick has a very tiny deadzone which is to be expected on a controller that's several years old. It doesn't cause any problems with aiming, but when I let go of the sticks it can let the camera slowly pan to the right. It's something I can live with, but still an annoyance none the less. The big issue that I'm having with this is the change in sensitivity for L2 (ADS) and R2 (Fire). Never had a problem before the update, but now I have to try and remember to mash the triggers do...

We only grabbed up to 24.2.9.1 🙂

It will not, that hotfix came out on PC too close to when we had to send to cert. It will come at a later date 🙂

I double checked on the build we sent to cert to be sure, and I was able to bind gear hotkeys to the touch pad just fine!

Hey guys! To clarify because I'm seeing a lot of questions about the removal of the config - We are not removing the ability to re-bind your controller. We are simply doing away with the Classic Controller default binding scheme (configuration).

You absolutely can re-map your Abilities to d-pad still and bind the touch-pad to consumables, yup! You can also bind melee to R1.
