It's something I like to do for all games, even though it's a lot to parse through, it gives me a really good pulse of the community and where they stand on issues. I take that bullet for you all! ❤️

Everyone is able to read the responses from players, it's not hard to spot trends happening as you start reviewing. However, It's a very manual process for me, since I track all responses.  When it's submitted to the team it's broken down for them to understand and not really not in a way that's great for public eyes. The players (you) will see the progress made in upcoming publishes.  Using Shadow as an example, this was one of the top issues listed in the feedback thread after launch, and it's already been addressed on being tested on the Public Test Server.

Welcome new Crows and Vets! 

In a Galaxy far, far away (and many other games I worked on), I would post a weekly Top 5 for feedback and bugs from the Community. This would help me in providing feedback to the team (in addition to all of the other feedback posted on the forums) and also let us know where we are doing good.  So I'd like to start doing this weekly with you, my murder of Crows.  I've even included a place where you can provide me feedback about this thread, (you may want to see a different question listed or want to offer suggestions for a question of the week).  This is separate from our feedback posts we have for Live and Test, as those are more for the patches at the time.  Please do not hold discussions in this thread, this will help me in gathering feedback quickly.   Thanks for playing Crowfall and for providing feedback.

As Stormcrow suggests if you're experiencing this issue please submit your log files to our support department.   

Added additional information to the main post:  

• The free resources available on the Public Test Server are located in chests in the Crafting Table area to aid in crafting equipment and vessels. Additionally, these resources can be used to quickly level your character to 30 by sacrificing them at the Braziers located in the center of the Temple.
• If you have VIP you can also use the pedestal to level up to 25
