Looks like this is a new, different issue than before (which was fixed). Unfortunately each time we’ve checked in on it in live, I haven’t been able to see a problem, but we’re also putting it through testing on our end to see what’s going on!

Edit: I just checked COS and Imhotep seems to be there as expected, but we’ll look into this.

Quick update here that there was an issue with the initial fix but that it will be fixed soon, likely in the next regular update.

We’re aware that the last patch didn’t quite resolve this issue for everyone and we’re working on getting a fix in quickly!

Here’s the mobs that were impacted:
For clarity, we re-enabled updated loot tables for some specific mobs in Brimstone Sands that were previously disabled. The new, updated tables are now on a global table and will have more generalized loot, rather than specific itemized drops. This was done to respect the respawn timers of these creatures. The items that used to spawn on these creatures can be found in the Elite Chests within Brimstone Sands!
We’re aware of this and are working on a fix. The known issues list isn’t all inclusive, which we understand can sometimes make it seem like things are missed, but this is on our radar!
