This has now been resolved. All transfer cooldowns for those impacted by the merge should be reset! Thanks for your patience and understanding.

The fix will reset that cooldown for all impacted players.

As an quick follow-up, we have a solution to resolve this and will push it out in the next ~48 hours.

Hey everyone! For some clarity on the General PTR Feedback thread, it was moved to archive (and thus no feedback lost!) as the general consensus was that other than Leaderboards, there wasn’t any other new features to discuss. It looks like we missed updating how to collect Juniper Berries after the Winter Convergence event ended!

Juniper Berries are back this winter. Any time an enemy drops loot, there is an additional 50% chance that they will also drop a bag of Juniper Berries, Coin, and for level 60 players, Diamond Gypsum. These drops are limited to 3 Juniper bags daily.

Please keep this thread to providing feedback to what is on the PTR. We understand your anticipation for what did not make it in this PTR, but bogging this thread down with it prevents us from capturing feedback. Thank you!

Emotes may not work on the PTR, but we’re aware of that!

We’ll have an incentive and in-game PTR events! More information to come next week. And the PTR will continue to be updated on a rolling basis moving forward.
