Hi everyone,

There is an error in our Seasons FAQ, which we plan to correct. Right now, there are Challenges to complete Events and Public Events that grant S.C.O.R.E. At this time, however, Public Events themselves do not currently grant S.C.O.R.E., though this is something we're talking about as a potential addition as we look to bring further improvements to Seasons in the future.

We apologize for the confusion about this, and we will make sure that information is corrected.

Hi everyone, thank you for your reports. Unfortunately, we needed to disable Fasnacht Parade while we investigate a fix for this issue. We will reschedule it for a later date, and you can check this thread in our forums for updated information as soon as we have it. We plan to bring Fasnacht back as soon as possible once the fix is ready and we apologize for the delay.

Hello everyone,

Unfortunately, due to the issue being reported here that is preventing critter spawns during certain objectives, we are going to disable Fasnacht Parade until we can implement a fix. We will reschedule the event once we have the fix ready to go. Keep an eye on this thread in our forums for updates as soon as we have new information to share.

Apologies for the delay, and thank you for your patience. We will let you know when we have new dates for Fasnacht.

We're still actively working on the Vending Machine and Display Case issue, so they will remain disabled after maintenance today. We want to release that fix as soon as we possibly can, and we will hotfix once it is ready to go.

We’re releasing Update 19 for Fallout 76 today, which introduces Ally Customization, includes new and returning events, updates for automatic item naming, backpack skin improvements, and new limited-time Nuclear Winter Challenges and cosmetic rewards. • Hunt for the Treasure Hunter: Mole Miners have discovered treasure in the Ash Heap! Starting May 21, hunt them down to claim their loot for yourself during a new limited-time event.
  • Fasnacht Parade: By popular demand, this Seasonal Event is returning for a full week starting May 25, and there are plenty of new Fasnacht Masks up for grabs.

Thank you for your concerns about these issues, everyone. We share them too, and we are actively investigating everything outlined in this thread, as well as other reports we’ve received here, on our own forums, or through support tickets. We have commented in a few previous threads about some of these issues. However, even though we can’t respond to everything, each report, video, and screenshot of an issue that you share with us helps us narrow in on fixes.

In our next hotfix, we are planning to include a fix for the issue where NPCs can occasionally take a player’s weapon when they die. The remaining issues mentioned in this thread are all still active investigations, and we want to resolve them as soon as possible. If they can be addressed in time for our next hotfix, we will definitely include them.

We don’t have an exact timing to share on that hotfix just yet, but we will let you know as soon as we do.

Thanks again for sticking with us and the game. We can’t express our gratitude enough.

More to come!

Thank you to everyone who brought this to our attention. The AstroTurf flooring was only intended to be available as part of Sports Week with our most recent Atomic Shop update. We want to make this right, and we are currently planning to refund the difference in Atoms for those of you who purchased it at full price last week.

If you purchased this item last week at full price, please keep an eye out for an email from our Customer Support team early next week.

We are actively working on a fix for the issue that can cause the friends list to appear blank, and hope to have it released as soon as possible. Once we have additional details to share, we will let you know. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you in the meantime.

Thank you all for your reports of this issue this week.

It's curious to me that Fasnacht has yet to be mentioned.

This seems like a really good time to have it, seeing as Wastelanders was pushed off to early April and we're looking at a month (really, in addition to the past two months) of what's basically been a holding pattern.

We're definitely planning to bring Fasnacht back again this year!

We've seen how much excitement there is in the community for the Fasnacht Seasonal Event to make a comeback. While this event was lots of fun the last time it was available, there were also several things we wanted to improve before it returns. The shift of Wastelanders release into 2020 also meant that we had to move these changes around. As a result, Fasnacht is going to be available later than it was last year, but it should be a more enjoyable experience when it returns. We can't wait to parade around Helvetia with you all again this year, and we will have more details to share with you on the date soon.

Check your character selection screen. You might have a second version (the older rolled back character) as well as your newer one there. It's what they did last time people lost their characters. If so, you could trade over the gear from your old character to your new one using a friend or private server

Yes, what /u/Iron_thumbs posted is correct. If it looks like your character was rolled back after joining a world, log out to the character screen and then select the character without a number at the end of its name. Further details should be coming to players soon via email.

Hi everyone,

We are investigating reports of a PC-only exploit that could be abused by cheaters, which may have resulted in a few players losing items that their characters had equipped. We have been actively working toward a solution for this and have a fix that we are currently evaluating for release today.

While we’ve determined that only a small number of characters have been negatively affected, we are taking this very seriously and resolving this is currently our top priority.

We would like to apologize to those of you who were impacted by this exploit. We want to make this right, and we are currently looking into ways we may be able to compensate you. If you believe you have been affected, please let us know by submitting a ticket to our Customer Support team. ...
