We’re releasing Wild Appalachia Patch 8.5 today, which brings the ProSnap Deluxe Camera and two forms of Repair Kits to Fallout 76. We’re also making balance adjustments for some Aluminum items and applying a number of bug fixes. Patch 7.5 releases today, and introduces the Survival Mode Beta to Fallout 76, which is a new game mode featuring fewer restrictions and higher-stakes for Player vs. Player (PVP) combat, Scoreboards for tracking your stats, a bonus on all XP you earn, and Legendary item rewards for new Weekly Challenges. We’ve also renamed the standard Fallout 76 experience “Adventure Mode” and have removed incoming damage from players you are not hostile against.

Download sizes for today’s patch will be approximately 4 GB for consoles and 2 GB for PC.
The standard Fallout 76 experience has been renamed “Adventure”, and “Survival Beta” has been added as a new game mode.
You are encouraged to keep any Legendary you have if you want to trade them. We will have more information on the Legendary Vendor and Scrapping closer to that release. Most likely in an Inside the Vault.
This is currently planned to be fixed in an update scheduled for early April.
The rare Fasnacht masks are attainable, they are just very rare. Thanks to your feedback, we’re looking into improvements we can make to the drop rates in the future for rare item rewards associated with time limited events.
We are looking into addressing this issue with an upcoming hotfix. As soon as we have all the timing we will update this thread.
I'm hoping the reports aren't going to be automated and people who could be falsely reported will have some recourse in appealing. I've killed plenty of wanted players and others in PvP who weren't too happy with me
Yes, the reporting system is not an automated system. Reports will be looked into and evaluated by our Customer Support team.
While it is good to take initiative in fighting against certain things, you should always ask yourself "How could this be abused?" and "Could/would anyone abuse it?".
While Implemeting the ability to report players seems like a good idea, with the number of genuine griefers and given how petty some people can be, the ability to report players without imediate proof of the claim will only lead to abuse.

External link →We are looking to make changes to Pacifist mode that, when enabled you will not be able to take damage from other players. The plan is for this to also carry over to your C.A.M.P. as well.

"Rejoin Server" is something we're looking to add in a future update.
