It's been 45-60min recently.
Correct, this is about what we would expect.
are patch notes today or tuesday night?
Wednesday NZT
I ran the patch notes so far for Synthesis through a Markov Chain text generator and wanted to share its results with you.
Most of the Development Manifesto about Synthesis balance changes is not related to Area of Effect. There is one paragraph about it though, "Some skills that had lower areas of effect than other skills without a good reason have either had their area increased, or now gain additional radius as their gems level. Combined with new options for increasing spell area of effect, this should help these skills be more enjoyable to use. You'll find new sources of increased area of effect on the passive tree for casters. (Note that we'll be giving similar bonuses to Attack skills in the future, just not in 3.6.0.)"
He's quite busy so not recently but he used to in the past. Last I heard, he's still a big fan of the game though.
I just read:
"It's Tarke's fault we have no more information today."
Normally I'd take the opportunity to jab at Tarke but Chris on a podcast usually means "A lot more information today."
So does "now" mean right now, as in today? Or is this part of 3.6?
It's part of the expansion but technically it's happening now on our testing servers... (Sorry for the confusing wording!)
That's the only teaser for today but that's because Chris Wilson is going to be on Baeclast later today to discuss Path of Exile: Synthesis. If you want to check it out, tune in at twitch.tv/tarkecat - Here is a count down.
Bex, I think you did great with the title today
now i am interested to know if there are particular differences in the different communities. Do you have different personas in mind for different communities you interact with? Are there any differences between twitter / facebook / reddit or do they overlap for the most part?
The Twitter, Reddit, Facebook and forum users are all different but have more in common than not in common. I do keep their differences in mind when interacting with them.
