Our latest patch seem to have triggered several 3rd party Anti Virus programs to believe DRG is hostile. This is ofcourse NOT the case, but is just a false positive.

This can be easily solved by allowing the DRG game files when prompted, or releasing them from quarantine if they have already been blocked. PLEASE NOTE: It is not enough to close your anti virus, as that will still keep the files blocked.

Lastly, this is not an issue we have control over, so we cannot "fix" the false positive unfortunately. I wont tell you what to do, but in general, if you have Windows Defender turned on, there is little reason to also have a separate anti virus running, as it will mostly just use your PC's resources with little benefit.

This is the issue. I wont tell you what to do, as this isnt "PC advice" but in general, nowadays, all you need is windows defender. If you have an anti virus, then you need to go in and make sure the game files are not blocked or quarantined. If they are, you need to release/unblock them. It is NOT enough to close down the anti virus, as it will still keep the files blocked

Then you have Mint installed or something else is up, its saying its crashing because of mods "MI_SpawnMods_C"

its mod related, uninstall your mods or try to find out which one is the issue by activating them one at a time

I am not sure if this is an issue related to DRG, as this has been described as an issue with other games too? Shadowplay not working with some games, noticed recently my shadowplay sometimes flickers when open in only one game (dbd) not letting me use the instant replay, anyone have a fix for this? : r/GeForceExperience (reddit.com)

Mods are likely the issue, if you are running those, since a lot of them have not been updated to season 5 yet.

We are keeping an eye on crashes, but besides mod related crashes, we have very few atm

If you experience this issue, please go to our pleasefix https://drg.pleasefix.gg/ and make a report or vote on an already existing report. While we work on fixing those issues, it is a HUGE help to know the scope and reproduction methods and hardware setup of the people who have this issue.

If you make a report, please make sure to include

• Platform/hardware
• ISP and any internet related information
• Is it always an issue or just some of the time
• Any special circumstances eg. your on linux, you made your own router, it only happens when your friend hosts, you start the ...

We have seen this issue, but unfortunately, we dont know why its happening for some users.

a workaround for most people have been to buy it on their phone app

It was technically in the patch notes, as "Fixed a bug that caused mission resources and XP to be granted double (stacking on top of the 2X Pool Float bonus) in some cases"

we werent aware that people used that method to complete a level, and as such, we did not know that it might affect it.

people have been able to view it on their phone, otherwise we suggest contacting sony directly about the issue

We are currently looking into it, and have escalated the issue since we have no idea what is wrong, and been completely unable to reproduce

On steam - Verify Game files, it will fix the issue

on Consoles, it should fix itself if you update the game. Something is going on with the game files, so iam not sure exactly how to make it work, but by eventually updating and closing/opening the game, it will appear.

The prompt is purely visual, the actual things are added before they even pop up
