ZTS63 is a Chinese amphibious light tank created on the Soviet PT-76 platform. The vehicle has an 85 mm rifled gun with a laser rangefinder and armour-piercing fin-stabilised rounds.

ZTS63 (1980), light tank, China, rank V Features:
  • 85mm gun with APFSDS rounds
  • Decent mobility
  • Light armour
  • Amphibious

There is no easy answer of an "exact window of time to check". It's a very unusual/rare vehicle to be offered for sale and is simply a matter of being in the right place at the right time.

As of late they come on sale in small quantities (~2,000 units) at $60/ea last I recall.

Generally they sell out within 6 hrs.

Direct from wiki:
It was available only for pre-order during the Closed Beta Test of Ground Forces during the period before Update 1.41. 500 units were also for sale during the 5th Anniversary event. Another 2,020 units went on sale in commemoration of the 30th anniversary of German Unity. And another 2,000 units went on sale during the 10th Anniversary event, all of which were sold out within a few hours.

honestly, I'm not even sure if it is really a case of, "Oh, they just aren't careful"... I would tend to say that once you get much past tier 3 or so, the mentality of doing crazy maneuver with no caution given at all goes away pretty quickly.

I think really what starts to get people at high tier first and foremost is that they are unfamiliar with the maps that they have played on hundreds of times before. (Basically, how the play-styles of maps evolves as the generation/capabilities of the vehicles progress.).

The killing fields at tiers 3-4 are not necessarily... Read more

Biggest differences....

T-10M: Night Vision, and 2-plane stabilizer. One additional degree of gun depression (4*, as opposed to 3*.). Access to APCBC, HEAT, and APDS. Has access to exhaust smoke for laying screens, although its usefulness is limited.

IS-7: 10s autoloader, marginally faster turret traverse. MUCH faster reverse speed (23 kph vs 10). One extra crew member (5, vs 4).

That's just at a glance. Don't have WT open at the moment to give any details on the penetration performance at high angles.

At the most general of levels: If there is someone, a group, etc who is violating the rules, they should be reported and the reports make their way through our system and are evaluated. This applies here.

It is not an instantaneous process, and you should not expect it to be.

There is no lynching, there is no naming and shaming, witch hunting, etc. All of this tactics is not helpful to any of the moderation teams, whether it is forum or in game etc.

If you would like to discuss, send me a PM.

After the Meiji Restoration, the Emperor decreed this day a national holiday; it was temporarily banned after WWII, but was brought back in the mid-1960s.

On February 11th Japanese temples hold festivals, buildings are decorated with flags, and the royal family addresses the nation.

The Battle of Stalingrad began in the summer of 1942: both German and Soviet command considered the city to be of critical importance. In autumn the Red Army during Operation Uranus successfully encircled the Wehrmacht forces near Stalingrad. Axis powers failed in their attempt to break through, and on February 2nd, 1943 field marshal Paulus went against Hitler’s orders and surrendered. This victory became one of the most important events of WWII.

From February 2nd (10:00 GMT) until February 6th (07:00 GMT)

Play 3 battles using Soviet vehicles (rank III or higher, with an activity of not less than 70%) to receive the “Vehicles of Victory: T-60” decal. You can also earn the “Ampulomet” decoration for ground vehicles by winning 5 battles using Soviet ground vehicles.

I guess I should probably express my more complete thoughts about the "correct way" (My opinion...) on researching the US Tree-

Provided you've already researched everything through Rank 4, your best lineups are going to be 8.0 and 9.3 (RB)
If you plan on stopping to enjoy 8.0 -- You want the M60A1 AOS, the Bradley IFV, T95E1, and the M163, probably in that order (I never bothered to research the T95E1, so I can't really comment on how good or bad it is. I feel like I don't see a ton of them, but when I do... they seem to do OK.). Additional bonus for the M901 Wall-E (Nice thermals, if you can hide the tank behind cover and only expose launcher), and the T54E1 premium is pretty slick, too. Other 8.0's (M551, M60A2) can be useful, but I do not feel they are as good as the first 4 vehicles I have listed.

Or plan on stopping at 9.3 -- MBT-70, XM803, M3A3 Bradley, M247, and M60A3 TTS. Additionally, XM-1 premium can be nice.

If your goal is simply "... Read more

IMO, most of the M46/M47/M48/M60 (Early..) tanks are best used in the "assistive" role.

Their mobility (for what they are..) I suppose is OK, but the complete lack of even a basic stabilizer puts them at quite a disadvantage on the move.

As Ship says above... The M46 is probably what you should stick with until you get to the M60A1 AOS, RISE, and TTS models.

Fundamentally, there is no advantage to having the M47 other than a smaller turret profile (At cost of 0,3 BR), the M48 has a stronger hull (At the cost of 0,3 BR), and then there's no real point to the M60 if you could instead just research the A1 who has a nicer turret-face and a stabiliser.
