Neither of these are affected by premium.

(1) When I'm short on SLs I play my expensive vehicles much more conservatively. If it's a full uptier, I will not play them in that match at all.
(2) Ammo should almost never be what eats a significant portion of your profits. If this is the case, practicing rangefinding and shot placement should be something you prioritize. Even if it's just going for a test drive, pulling up to a random location on the map, and trying to hit the Ai targets in specific areas.

I don't have the FAW Mk.2, but of the few times I've seen one, they were potent (And especially potent at 8.3 before they got moved to 8.7...).

I think the answer is "Yes", asterisk. IMHO far better suited to air-to-air combat than the Meteor or Attacker jet premiums.

Asterisk being, what mode do you intend to use it in (RB/SB?), and, how comfortable/knowledgeable are you about AAM's?

Just my personal two cents. Full disclosure that as of late (Few months) I've been playing much more GFRB than Air RB.

But... It isn't "literally" the same. There are differences, even if they are minor. Slightly more armor in some areas, MG, and the transmission is different.

I'm sure there are even smaller changes (Ammo location within the tank and some of the rear armor I believe) if you really want to list all of them out.

Wikipedia articles are not the most authoritative source in all the land, either.

Hello!

This kind of bug report would be at home here[forum.warthunder.com] on the official forum if you wanted to make an official bug report.

I made a very brief search and did not find any preexisting reports for this.

This is basically just a cyclical issue that is here to stay. For as long as there is a tiering system that contains more than one tier, and a match making system that allows any spread at all, it will be a problem. Always.

Even if the entire system was reserves and 1.3. Or 1.3 and 1.7. etc etc. Then there's the argument that even within the same BR level, it's merely an approximation, and that even at the exact same BR level, that there are the sheep and the wolves.

I tend to agree with Nova, that while there is certainly a performance gap within 10-11 BR that I personally feel it is less noticeable than at lower BR's.

The fact remains it is a very good tank for it's BR, and it can't reasonably go higher with the current BRs. So - it has a high repair cost.

@OP: There's your answer ^^^^^^^.

There's a paradigm shift at ~6.0-8.0 where the "WWII Heavies" which nations thought to be the future of combat/necessary, were replaced by main battle tanks, basically light/medium tanks with very, very high velocity guns.

Heavies can kill these MBT's, however, their 'strength' quickly becomes a handicap because they are n... Read more

The lack of an updated ban list does not mean that they have been idle and/or "pretending the issue doens't exist". Point to me exactly where Gaijin asserted cheating wasn't an issue and they decided to throw it by the wayside?

There is no requirement, anywhere, that Gaijin must publish names publicly to ban them for c... Read more

In simulator battles, specifically for anything other than bombers, but still to include bombers: huge benefit.

In AB and RB, personally I don't think it's as big of a help.

Eh, only have 5 crew slots for each nation, but I'm thinking that if I bought 4 more (not cheap... sadly), I could do a 3/3/3 split for planes/tanks/ships.

At that rate it would still be a hefty sum of GE to pay for crews, but not nearly as much as maxing each crew out.

Per the guide:
About 34k for planes.
About 71k for tanks.

Party on. lol

Eww. So I guess that's 2K per crew per plane slot, and about 4K per crew per tank slot...

Or only 3K if you w... Read more
