Don't be. His fault not yours. Also there were no clarification on the ToW XP actually being rewarded when completed in combined arms which is what I was asking about.
But alas, there's way bigger problems, it's not that important. Let the ship sail.

If the node specifically mentions Combined Arms, it will award XP. Otherwise, it will only award XP for MP PVP (regular BF modes like conquest, TDM, etc.).

“This is correct. By default Tides of War weekly nodes can be completed in any Multiplayer PVP mode (that does NOT include Combined Arms (co-op)).
If the node has any further game mode restrictions then that should be mentioned in the text. For example: "Capture 5 objectives in Conquest" - can only be done in Conquest. "Capture 5 objectives" - can be done in any multiplayer game mode regardless if the week is focused on Conquest.
Previously we did have some nodes that you could complete within Combined Arms. If we do this again it will be mentioned in the text accordingly.”

Yeah, you're correct it was patched. I'm just saying because if that the community knows it's in working condition just sitting around untouched. Let's be honest, for higher tier/more competitive players Combined Arms isn't exactly fun. If I want to use the chauchat I want to use it in MP.

Has the team talked about more enticing rewards, or pushing some weapons out to keep us hanging on? I have faith, but it still hurts that I know the chauchat is behind curtains to be drip fed a month or two down the road. When others have had access to it in multiplayer, and it's in Combined Arms.
No one should have access to it in MP. I believe they patched that exploit a while back. I’ll check (I could be wrong).
I'm gonna have to say "not epic" to the STEN skin. No reason for me to play this week if I can't unlock a new weapon or even get a skin for something interesting that I want to use.

This community is spiralling with frustration and we need real answers about this games future. Next week patches will be the biggest patch for BFV yet and radio silence isn't a good sign.

I’m not being “radio silent”. I do try to post as often as possible (and this subreddit isn’t the only place I engage with the community). While I absolutely understand the frustration the community is feeling right now, and share a lot of that frustration, most times when I comment or post, it’s immediately downvoted or, even better, insults and abuse are slung, including personal attacks. So, I engage where I can and move on - I’m not going to stop posting, but I’m not going to sit and fuel a thread that is focused on attacking myself or Welsh.
A lot of the questions asked in other threads are answered in the official threads I post and I try to answer threads I’m tagged in. Half the time it’s a question we’ve been asked about/information we’ve already shared.
