I know you have no control over it because you're just a PR guy, but I'm tired of these filler weeks. These filler rewards are awful, and I skip them every time.
If cosmetic rewards are going to ToW rewards, then they need to be worth the effort, like a full soldier uniform (could be any rarity, doesn't have to be Epic), or a weapon skin that doesn't look absolutely hideous.

Ouch. That's a bit light on what my actual role is. If I was just a PR dude, I probably would only be engaging on the official Twitter and Forums. We have an actual PR team - they don't post on Reddit, Forums, or Twitter. They engage with journalists and online magazines.
The difference between "just a PR guy" and a Community Manager is similar to the difference between a plane that tows a banner for messaging in the sky and the Apache helicopter that flies into a hot LZ to take care of the soldiers. Obviously, the CM is the latter of the two.
Regarding your feedback on the mission reward, I'm not a fan either. I want weapons or soldier sets as well. Even a melee weapon, in my personal opinion, is better than a skin (regardless of the rarity).

PACK HUNTERS - 10,000 CHAPTER XP
As a squad kill or down 20 enemies.
KILL IT WITH FIRE - 4,500 CHAPTER XP
Kill or down 1 enemy with fire.
HEAD SHOT - 4,500 CHAPTER XP
Kill or down one enemy with a headshot.
BRASS FLOW - 10,000 CHAPTER XP
Resupply teammates ammunition for 2000 score.

I'm sorry I meant Battlefield V. I am talking about the fire trial weapons like the AT Boys rifle or the commando carabine...
They should be available for purchase via your Company tab in the main menu, under the correct soldier class they are for (Check Recon for the Boys AT Rifle, for example, when you go to your loadout, REPLACE WEAPON. Scroll down.)
I literally installed Battlefield 4 days ago and therefore I haven't been able to get some of the guns... Is there any way I can get them now?? Or am I just f**ked for life
Can you be more specific? You should be able to unlock weapons via progression while playing BF4.

It's really interesting (I've watched it a couple of times) and has some amazing details on what it is to make art in video games.
I will say, it's a like 93 minutes long, but ripe with awesome detailed info. It's on my list of things to do post E3 (get it formatted, reviewed, and then posted).

It's annoying as hell and already got me killed multiple times. The weapon is already slow to use in regular combat, it really doesn't need an additional feature holding it back even more.

We had this conversation already 2 months ago, and you never responded after my reply. From what I've read on here, that's not uncommon from you though. No accrual of company coins since December. Cant upgrade vehicles, kits, anything.
Daily coins were all I got before I said screw this after getting killed repeatedly by players who were able to fully upgrade kits, then pay to get coins was introduced and that was the final straw. I feel it was never planned to back pay players the coins owed, just decided they could pay for coins now.
The only way the link you provided will help me and others at this point is if it takes me to a site for a refund. Persistent gaming or not, the amount of issues EA releases games with is mind boggling.
You're in the business of experiences, and you're royally screwing the pooch for a good portion of your consumer base in this department. Maybe instead of fixing the game you need to fix yourselves.

I experience it the most in firestorm. Feels like its nearly 50% of the time on the first attempt you'll fall thru. Then next attempt seems to always work though
