From a conversation this morning: Tank Body Customization is coming in a later update (not the next one). It's still being worked on.
@Braddock512 will the contests ever be available for people from Brazil, China, Russia, India etc? Or excluding the bigger part of the world is ok?

The limitations and restrictions are set by the Legal team based on export laws, shippping requirements, etc.
There's nothing I can do about it. We're not allowed to ship to some countries, especially stuff like hardware - and if we are, sometimes the customs cost is outrageous (something we don't want to put on the recipient).
Are you guys just not allowed to answer my question or what? This is one of several occasions that I've tried to ask if there is any talks about faction locking Elites, along with the burnt and Halloween sets. It doesn't require anything other than a yes or no, or at the very least say if there's any form of a compromise to an issue you guys know is bothering many players.

Good to know you can unlock it in other modes, but can you confirm whether the playlist which is Breakthrough ONLY on Pacific Storm/Iwo Jima will stay this week? I believe it's called "Island Advance" :)
