So, after 3 months or so I decided to give the game another shot. Started up Origin, BF didn't update. Tried to start the update manually: "not enough disk space".
I have 80 gigs free space on that drive, the whole game installation has 68.
To be quite honest I can't persuade myself to care enough anymore to even want to know if the gamedevs f*ed up to the point where a two map patch to a 68gig game takes more than 80gigs, or the origin devs f*ed up the patch procedure.

I Hate to ask but where is the new Letters from the front? You said you'd have one up in the coming month (in your last LFTF). Its strange because the whole point of your last one was that you guys were going to improve communication but here we are more then a month later without word of when we can expect it.

Well, technically, unless I say "It's going permanent on X date", your "fix" is basically stating the obvious. LOL

My reply is accurate - I've not been told any details yet on if/when it would be permanent. I can say that when Private Games does release, the option to have those modes will be there so 24/7 Frontlines servers can be setup.
As much as I hate to be that guy... The "already looted loot still showing on the ground" bug has still yet to make it to the Trello Issue Tracker despite seeing other items added as recently as yesterday...
I believe they're still testing the fix for it. I'll work with Jaqub to see where we are by Friday and if we can get it up on the board.
What info do you need to share? Just push the 1 button and enable the mod for everyone who is interested in playing it. What reason do you have to keep domination and frontlines offline? We paid for it remember? Core modes for BF5 release with 60 dollar price tag.....

I was asked a specific question and I don't have an answer, as it's not my decision which modes are permanent or limited-time.
Heads-up: We're added Operation Underground two more times into the Rush map rotation, and also adding an additional round of Rush per map, so that you play as both attackers and defenders before the servers switch to a new map. (Will update the TWIB when I’m not on my mobile).
This week in Battlefield, I'll once again ask if Frontlines will ever return as a permanent mode....??? And once again will receive no reply....
