We saw your post and included warping with fighters out as part of our testing for the patch. To double check I just logged in on my player character and tested warping my Thanny with fighters out and I didn’t encounter any issues.

If you’re still experiencing crashes we’d like to find out more. If you go to the launcher, click on the cog in the top right, then go to Tools/Cache and click Start Loglite. With that running, launch the client and see if you can induce another crash and then save the log file and attach it to a support ticket via https://support.eveonline.com

UPDATE: A fix for this issue has just been deployed. Your launcher will apply the update automatically however if you have EVE clients already running when the launcher patches you will need to restart them for the fix to be in effect.

Capsuleers,

After today’s update some players may be experiencing client crashes, particularly when recalling fighters or operating in space where another player’s fighters are present. We are working on a fix for this issue which will be deployed as soon as practicable.

In the meantime you can mitigate the risk of crashes by opening the Escape menu, selecting the Display & Graphics category and setting Shadow Quality to Disabled.

UPDATE: We deployed a small patch at downtime today to address this issue and have re-enabled the NPC in-space item traders throughout New Eden.

Capsuleers,

Due to an issue which was recently uncovered we will be temporarily disabling all NPC in-space item trader services in EVE Online.

Traders affected include:

  • Upwell Applied Gravitation Research Centre in Auviken
  • Triglavian Biocombinative Schematic Cache
  • Drifter Wormhole Vaults
  • Pirate Laundering Centers and Counter-Insurgency Outposts

When attempting to interact with the above traders, players will receive an error message which says “You cannot do that because the structure is currently offline.” We anticipate this outage will be resolved within the next 24 hours.

In the meantime, players can still run content and accumulate the tokens which you will be able to resume trading when the item trader services are re-enabled.

UPDATE: Service was reliable all weekend so we’ll call this case closed!

UPDATE: Paypal payments have been re-enabled and we are monitoring it to ensure it’s working properly.

Due to a technical issue downstream from CCP, we have had to temporarily disable Paypal as a payment option in the EVE Online store (https://secure.eveonline.com). We will re-enable the option as soon as the issue is resolved by our partners.

UPDATE 16:08: The update has been deployed and Tranquility is back online.

Capsuleers,

There will be an additional server restart today at 16:00 UTC as we redeploy the previously scheduled update which has been fixed and tested to correct the issue with stargates. Additional in-game notifications will be provided closer to the deployment time so that players have time to conclude current activities and get safe.

UPDATE 11:48: Today’s deployment has been reverted and Tranquility is back online and accepting connections. We will identify and correct the issue with the update before redeploying it in the future. We apologize for the interruption to service.

UPDATE 11:28: We will be bringing Tranquility down momentary to revert today’s update and further investigate the cause.

Upon logging in after downtime today players are unable to interact with stargates. We recommend getting your ships out of harms way, dock up if possible and standby for updates while we work on resolving the issue.

We won’t retroactively apply the quality standard to “legacy” logos by forcing people to update but if anyone with a not-so-great alliance logo wants to submit a new one they’re welcome to.

Edited OP slightly to make that clearer.

Hello spacefriends,

With the arrival of corporation and alliance emblems on ships with the Uprising expansion last November, CCP decided that we should apply a more critical eye when it came to considering alliance logo submissions. Since alliance logos would be turning up in more and more places as our ambitions for Heraldry continued to expand, we felt it was important to establish a standard for alliance logos that helped make sure our players were putting their best foot forward.

Recently there has been some discussion within the community about our new approach. After listening to your feedback and holding some internal discussions we have decided we should relax the content requirements for alliance logos closer to what they were before Uprising and allow player groups to express themselves more freely. This means that an alliance logo submission will no longer be rejected outright on the grounds of being too light-hearted, comical, cute or “cartoony”.

Hi everyone,

We just wanted to advise you that the Singularity test server will continue to be inaccessible to players throughout July and August unless needed to test a specific feature or perform a mass test.

We’ll provide a further update as we approach September.

Hi everyone,

I have a reponse from analytics. They confirmed the criteria they used for the leaderboard published at the conclusion of the event on Sisi are as follows:

Find the LP earned by each character:

  • Filter it to only between 202210-26 1400 and 2022-11-04 1400
  • Filter it to only Minmatar/Amarr

From that, we went and answered all questions:

  • Top 10 Characters for Amarr
  • Top 10 Characters for Minmatar
  • Top 5 corps that earned most Amarr LP
  • Top 5 corps that earned most Minmatar LP
  • List of all character IDs that earned any LP

So the leaderboards will stand as they are. Apologies to anyone who feels that they were entitled to rewards that they didn’t receive but we will stand by the results as determined by our analytics team. Since there have been concerns in the community about our ability to deliver accurate results for the final standings we will rec...
