We expect Tranquility to be back accepting connections by 11:45 UTC at the latest, but I will notify you if the live servers are back sooner via updates in this thread and EVE Status Twitter.

Be advised that the authentication and web services will not be available during this period.

When preparing for tomorrow’s updates to our database we run into a few issues that needs addressing. As a result, the extended downtime tomorrow is cancelled. Once we resolve the outstanding problems, we will reschedule it for another day.

My apologize, this is my mistake. The extended downtime takes place on Thursday, 28 January. We do not expect any disruptions tomorrow.

My apologies, but I made a mistake. The extended downtime is scheduled for Thursday, 28 January, not Wednesday. Tomorrow’s maintenance will have a standard duration of up to 15 minutes. Sorry about the confusion!

We need to carry out maintenance work with our database and will require extra time during downtime on Wednesday, 28 January. The entire process should not take longer than 45 minutes and we expect Tranquility to be back accepting connections by 11:45 UTC at the latest.

During this maintenance our web and authentication services will not be available, so please expect some interruptions when using our sites for this short duration.

As we go along, I will be providing you with timely updates here and on EVE Status Twitter. Thank you!

Singularity Test Server received a new update, and there are several work in progress changes that will be trickling in throughout the week. We will be communicating on some of them in more detail via news articles, but for now, you can find a quick rundown of some changes expected on Tranquility in the monthly deployment in February (Version 19.01) below:

Fleet Discovery Improvements – a new way to find and create fleets. You can find more information on this in the news article. It is worth mentioning that any existing methods to look for and assemble fleets will continue working as usual for now when this hits live.
