- Are there any plans around the loot and the RNG involved with it? Imo, there is just way too many slots of stats/perks that can roll on each piece. I would like to suggest one of the following: 1) Shower the players in loot drops (more than now) in order to have better chances at RNG that works in the players' favor, OR 2) Add a stat library/recalibration type of mechanic.

As for loot/rewards, that's an area the team is always looking at - especially the in-depth feedback here on Reddit. So while I can't give any specific details aside from what is mentioned in the blog, I can say we're reading feedback and working towards hitting that sweet spot of rewards feeling worth the challenge to get them.

It obviously does suck about the delays, but playing the game again after just a three week break I can feel the difference the game has already in stability. There's been a few more crashes than I remember, but loading into matches, earning gear, travelling through the Outposts faster now, its all very exciting because it gives me hope for the future of the game!

I really wanna thank the devs, this has been the biggest game I've been looking forward to for years, and its still really enjoyable to come back after a break and kick some AIM butt. Reading through that SOTG post was very helpful, thank you. It shows that you have taken into account feedback from the community, and addressed many bugs and issues, as well as improved things that players simply didn't like, or wanted to be better.

The game has changed dramatically since launch, and while some people may disagree on certain changes such as nerfs to certain enemies, I think most people would agree that overall, everything is so much better.

Thank you for all of your hard effort @everyone at CD. It was a rough start, but I'm here for the long haul.

Also, in case you didn't see @CD_StrumSlinger's note, I love jumping on Reddit when I have time, but I mostly work behind the scenes on community planning/patch notes/blogs and so on. Quick note that was missed (now updated) on the patch!

Companion Iron Man and Black Widow now have a boosted priority to attack drones, fliers, and turrets.

We are working on improved mission clarity when it comes to rewards! Not sure of the exact ETA yet, but it's underway!

Patch 1.3.1 addresses a handful of large issues, including a fix for players being unable to accept Faction Missions / Villain Sectors.

I understand your frustration, and promise we are working incredibly hard behind the scenes to resolve the most pressing issues, and looking into tuning/QoL additions.

While we are working to show our commitment to you through actions, I understand the importance of constant communication, and I'm sorry that it looks like we've gone silent or have disappeared. We try to balance our time across social media, DMs, Discord, and here. I've asked my team to spend a bit more time here on Reddit - as we know most of our most devoted players live here.

We are working on getting another patch out by the end of the week. I'm trying to get a preview of patch notes prior to then.

GEAR

Gear is at the heart of the loot system and are non-cosmetic upgrades unique to each Hero. When equipped, Gear influences a player’s Power Level and core competences.

Based on your feedback, we are moving to a single global content refresh and challenge reset time and day. Starting with our upcoming V1.3.0 patch (anticipated by the end of the week), challenges will reset every Thursday at 10:00 AM PT. For this week, you can keep any challenge points earned now and V1.3.0. As a token of our appreciation we will provide 22 challenge points per hero to all players who have logged in prior to the refresh to account for the shortened challenge period. These points will be available to claim after V1.3.0 drops until Thursday the 24th at 10:00 AM PT.
