Ahsoka has +50% Offense and Critical Damage, and if another Light Side Unaligned Force User, Galactic Republic, or Scoundrel ally is present, she also has +50% Health and Defense and shares all of these bonuses with her Light Side allies.

If there are currently fewer allies than enemies, the bonuses to Offense, Critical Damage, Health and Defense are increased by 10% for each Galactic Republic or Scoundrel ally.



1. For each ally that is undefeated or does this include defeated allies with those tags?

Lets say its CAT vs Sith Empire, and only CAT is left standing with 4 scoundrels that are defeated, does she gain +40% or +0%?

2. Why does the second part of the ability excludes unaligned but the first part does not? Can the bonuses for fewer allies get extended to unaligned?

Today's Server Update restores the missing Mods to players who had some of their units reset to level 1. Our previous release fixed the missing gear but did not return all the mods to players. Thank you for your patience with these issues.

Today's Server Update addresses the issues that a handful of players experienced last week due to the new player changes. We will have another update tomorrow that will provide these players with a make good. You will need to reboot to see these changes.

Update On Early Game Experience Issues

Earlier this week, a small number of players were set to Account Level 1 and were unable to access many features or log in to the game at all due to an issue with the update to the early game experience. This was an exceptionally bad experience given the number of special events that were running to celebrate May the 4th in addition to the usual events such as Grand Arena, Territory Battles and others.

We deeply apologize and thank these players for their patience while we worked through these issues.

Given these specific circumstances, we have put together a package to help offset these player’s unfortunate experience during May the 4th. We will be sending the inbox below next week to players who were affected by the Account Level 1 issue.

Incorrect Account Resets With Update

We are working on another fix for early next week to address the Mods that were removed from characters that were set to lv 1. We are also investigating some reports around the gear that was removed from those characters and not placed in the player's inventory.

This is not true. I just tried to re-gear my Zeb and got stopped at gear 5 due to missing pieces. My Zeb was I believe between 8 and 10 before the reset. Definitely was higher than 5.



Can you post your ally code? I don't see it in this thread

Mods look to be permanently deleted, or are they switched around somewhere for you guys?



We are investigating right now but we don't believe they are deleted. The Mods are in an inaccessible state and aren't visible from the game but are still there. We are exploring how we restore these exact mods to players but we need to test a few things before we can commit to that.

We are aware of several issues that are impacting players that were restored from account level 1.
Known Issues:

[*] Stores need to be refreshed to show the correct inventory and reflect the updated player's level
[*] A handful of characters were reset back to level 1. Some of those units are missing Mods and/or Gear.

Hey ive lost all progrression on Chief karga, and zeb. and my store is still not back to normal, not being able to spend guild tokens and such.
And still haven't recieved any goodies for being basicly unable to play and participate in guild events plus enjoying doubble drops on ships and such.
All the matter im glad to be back at the right level :)
My alle code is : 176-394-417



Stores should be back to normal after the next refresh.

Once we can confirmed that this is fully resolved, we will announce the make good for the affected players. Right now we are keeping a running tally for what these players are missing out on.

Hi, as well as the account reset issue zeb and magma trooper were reset to gear level 1 as shown in the images. When on grand arena he is locked in at the level I previous had

Hi Holotable Heroes,

We have deployed a hotfix to address the account level issue that a small number of players experienced with this week’s Title Update. All affected players have had their account set to previous account level again and any missing characters restored. These accounts were set back to our server snapshot at 3:15 on May 4th, but with all cooldowns, pvp nodes, shipments refreshed. Once we can confirm that this issue is fully resolved, we will explore a make good for those players.

We apologize if you experienced this issue and thank you for your patience.

We are continuing to find small issues with the server fix. The team is going to work through this evening to resolve these issues and we are planning to release the fix tomorrow. We will have (hopefully) a final update tomorrow morning on the timing of this release.
