We are looking into reports that a small number of players are getting their account set to level 1. Their roster, guild and account info has not been lost but it is forcing players to go through the initial experience and they can't access many game features. We are working to fix this issue as soon as possible.

Today’s Update brings the next Bad Batch Clone Trooper to the Holotables, Echo! Echo started off as a clone trooper that liked to stick to the rules and do things by the book. He earned his nickname by compulsively repeating his orders and regulations but was captured in a daring raid on the Citadel and thought to be lost forever.

His comrade and commanding officer, Captain Rex, never had any doubt that he would survive and later found Echo captured and modified by the Separatists to provide clone battle strategies to the droid army. Once Echo was rescued from this terrible fate, his knowledge of the Separatist forces helped his squad stay One Step Ahead. The rollout of the upcoming Title Update has begun! We will be performing a forced update tomorrow for all clients, but some app stores may have it available now. The majority of the changes will be live tomorrow and we will post the full list of Update Notes with the forced updated. If you do update today, you can see some of the improvements to the Cantina screen.

There is one known issue at this time with simming Challenges. See below:

• The current release prevents players from multi-sim for Challenges until we do the force update. You can still sim each Challenge individually until this is resolved tomorrow

As we mentioned in the recent Road Ahead, this week’s Title Update will be renewing the early game experience for new players. This rework of the early game experience impacts several different parts of the early tutorial that all players must initially play through.

New Early Game Characters and Model Updates

First, we are changing the starting characters for new players who enter the game. While the initial characters in the game made sense for where we were five years ago, we’re excited to change these up for characters that should be immediately recognizable for anyone with a basic knowledge of Star Wars, as well as setting up new players for better success throughout Galaxy of Heroes. Most of us have fond memories of unlocking Jedi Consular, but he doesn’t feel particularly relevant in today’s game.

Hi Holotable Heroes,

Today's Galactic Challenge has an issue with the autocomplete at Tier 2 with the "Calculated Risk" feat. If you complete Tier 2 of this feat, you will get credit for Tier 2 and Tier 5 instead of Tier 2 and Tier 1 (Tier 1 is from autocomplete). We are not going to fix this issue for the current Galactic Conquest, but please be aware that if you complete higher tiers of "Calculated Risk" that you will not get credit for Tier 1.

In most cases, the 3 Keycards this Feat rewards will not impact overall rewards. If you complete the top tier of the event you will still get the top reward crate, etc. If it will impact your rewards, you can manually complete "Calculated Risk" in Tier 1 to get those 3 Keycards.

We ran into some issues with players getting the 2nd round of free Cantina Energy and posted about the issue here. We paused the campaign this morning and attempted to fix the issue today but the system for providing these pop ups has not been cooperative.

Instead, we are switching the method in which you will receive this Cantina Energy from a pop up to your Inbox. We will be releasing an Update in the next 10-20 minutes that will send players an inbox message with 100 Cantina Energy once every 24 hours. These inboxes are have 24 hour duration so redeem them right away.

Today’s Update brings Wrecker, the resilient and dauntless commando of Clone Force 99, to the Holotables!

This extra large genetically engineered soldier protects his Clone Trooper and Bad Batch allies with a ferocity and strength that few other clones possess. After taking damage from his enemies, Wrecker turns his Fury into a new undispellable buff, Furious, which boosts his abilities with additional effects.

Wrecker’s large stature and demeanor means he is not particularly suited for sneaking around and there are few words he hates more than "stealth". In battle, whenever Wrecker gains Stealth, he dispels it and gains Taunt. Wrecker would much rather rip enemy droids apart with his hands, use another droid as a melee weapon, or just blow the whole thing up. "Quiet" is not part of this clone’s vocabulary.

We are currently getting ready for our annual May the 4th celebration with a whole host of upcoming changes. Play every day and get free Cantina Energy leading up to May the 4th! From 4/28 through 5/4, log into the Galaxy of Heroes and once per day receive 100 Cantina Energy.

You won't be able to claim Energy from previous days, so log in every day and to receive a total of 700 Cantina energy!

Today's update turns on the rescheduled Conquest event. Conquest 3 will be begin preview today and start on Monday. Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker's leader ability will be disabled when Luke is below 40% stamina in Conquest. Read more about the issue here.

Today’s post on Grand Arena Divisions changes did not provide enough clarity around Promotion feats. After some investigation due to your questions, rewards from Promotion feats are also being adjusted as part of these changes. Players will receive either the same amount of rewards or slightly more than before the Division redistribution. There may be some clean up and minor changes to the rewards but the core gear (such as MK V Stun Guns) will remain. Overall your rewards from Grand Arena should remain approximately the same, both from end of event rewards and from promotion feats.

The goal with these changes is to provide a better matchmaking experience in Grand Arena Championships and continue to stretch the roster requirements at the top end as rosters continue to grow. You can find the ... Read more

Today's Server Update grants players the crystals that were spent on energy and/or consumables during the Conquest event that was rescheduled to preview later this week and start on Monday. See this post for more details.

Hi Holotable Heroes,

Today's update turns off the current Conquest event at 4:00pm PT (23:00 UTC) due to an issue with Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker. All level 85 players will receive 100 Conquest Currency and 10 Razor Crest shards as part of today's hotfix. We will also be sending players the crystals that were spent on energy and/or consumables during this event sometime next week.
