That's a good idea, thanks! We'll try to get something set up.
EDIT: A great resource to check out about league merges can be found here. It's slightly outdated but we are still aiming to create our own updated post.

Yes that is correct. The 3.13 supporter packs will be released alongside the announcement on January 7 at 11am PST.

Items from the Heist locker in Rogue Harbour will be added to a remove-only tab in your stash.

This question is also for Heist -> Standard

Items from the Heist locker in Rogue Harbour will be added to a remove-only tab in your stash. It's most likely that the Heist NPC inventories will become 'remove only' once migrated but we should hopefully be able to confirm how migration will work closer to when that happens.

Yes, your items from Flashback will be added to a remove-only tab in Heist.

Whichever Atlas you make more progress on will be the one that persists on Heist after the Flashback Event has migrated over. However, if you've completed maps in the Heist League that weren't also completed in the Flashback Event, you'll get to keep those even if your Flashback Atlas replaces it.

With our announcement of the 3.13.0 endgame expansion on the horizon, today we thought we'd take a look at past endgame expansions, and give you a narrative developer's reflections on the lore of each Atlas-focused expansion. This post is written from the point of view of Nick, our senior Narrative Designer.

Atlas of Worlds

The first true endgame overhaul since the introduction of Maps during Path of Exile's beta, Atlas of Worlds was intended to provide a visible framework and very high-level goal for player's to pursue. Atlas of Worlds introduced the Shaper as an adversary, and turned the Forsaken Master Zana into your ally and guide for this storyline.

This expansion was relatively light on narrative and contained the 'twist' that the Shaper was Zana's father all along. It ... Read more

A few days before every major release, there's Patch Notes Day. For the uninitiated, Patch Notes Day is approximately as exciting as Christmas and your birthday combined, if you knew all you were getting was a list of data (but you were, like, really into data). The patch notes are a culmination of the previous months of work across GGG's many employees, distilled into a few hundred sentences, belying the amount of labour and love that has gone into each update. But even the patch notes themselves have to be made by someone.

That someone is me, and the work that goes into each major patch's patch notes is substantial. Today I'm going to take you through the process from start to finish, to give you a behin... Read more

Your characters and items from the Flashback event will be automatically migrated to Heist so you can use them until the league ends.

Path of Exile: Mobile is still in development although we don't currently have a timeline for a release date just yet. It will most likely come out around the same time as Path of Exile 2.
