@tired__tyler It's a cool idea, but to send data like that between offline players would involve a lot of technical overhead (I'd probably have to run my own servers to save and relay that info). Probably not feasible right now.
@candidchristine Good question. No, he won't take them.
@JWags_28 Thank you... are you mashing any button when this is happening? If so, I'd recommend not pressing any buttons for now as a workaround
@tired__tyler You can gift stuff to friends! In co-op, try giving a friend an item the same way you would to a villager. Unless you're saying, like... through the mail or something?
@GrapeBoi6 @ProfChunkDudley Yes that is possible, more info here:
@tonykamat You could put them on a table!
@StitchMonro From what I know, there are still some bugs being ironed out. But I'm still expecting it before the end of the month
@tonyuncleAL19 If you're playing on console there is a bug right now where pressing A while the character is "frozen" can cause the chat menu to come up. This is not intended and will be fixed in the upcoming 1.4.4 patch
@SidewalkSculpt1 It means that you use less energy when you swing that tool
@patinwpgmb Level 120 is the bottom of the regular mines, so there won't be any ladder down
@UXLevelUp That's actually a bug, A isn't supposed to do that. It will be fixed in the upcoming 1.4.4 patch. Glad you're having fun with the new update!
Tom Coxon, the guy who coded the multiplayer functionality for Stardew Valley's 1.3 update, just released his new game "Lenna's Inception" today. Big congrats Tom! @tccoxon @ByttenStudio
@Pablo44879582 I'm expecting it next week, but there are still some last minute bugs being fixed so I can't fully guarantee that
@ProfChunkDudley Yours truly... I know you'll catch that fish soon, and I think the struggle will make it even more sweet
@Bran__Ian @Klomonx2 Well there was a bug in 1.4 (fixed in 1.4.3) that would cause the game to briefly hitch for a host player whenever a client would go down a level in the mines. But that should be fixed now. Could that be the issue you were experiencing?
@BeezInMyCoat The invite codes are actually on the PC only. On switch, if you host the game through the co-op menu, and there is an available cabin, it should show up on a friend's co-op join menu
@BeezInMyCoat Make sure you are starting your game from the Co-Op menu rather than the load game menu. Once you've built a cabin your save should show up in the co-op host menu
@Klomonx2 Also, are you playing single player or with other people in multiplayer?
@_KC82 @Klomonx2 Is this in single player too? Or only in multiplayer
@Klomonx2 Can you check what version of the game you're playing on? (from the home page highlight Stardew Valley and hit + to bring up the options, it should say a number at the top)
