Today we will be starting a server script to fix player accounts that had a very specific pattern of purchases from Teshin's Steel Path Honors shop.

In November of 2020 we introduced weekly items, that could be purchased once a week and would rotate over time. Players who purchased two different items right at the start of this new offering could potentially end up with a broken account state where the purchase history was not properly unset, and the game would never allow you to purchase the item again. This has just come to light now because the special stock has gone through one complete rotation, and those players whose accounts were affected are unable to buy the item (an Umbra Forma Blueprint) that they should be able to.

The fix is a script that we will run on all player accounts which will allow the bad data to be properly removed on the next login. Your previous purchases will not be changed, no items or currencies will be modified. After your account is ...

How small is this pause going to be and why is there a pause at all? This is going to have a lot of noobies worried about things like Nitain and aura mods that become unavailable between Nightwaves.

The pause between the end of Nightwave Series 3 and the Intermission should be 1-2 weeks max!

Greetings Dreamers!

As you may know, Nightwave Series 3: Glassmaker is coming to an end, and today we are announcing that date as January 24th 2021.

Many of you have braved the trials of Nihil, hunted for clues, taking down those affected by his partial retribution, but there is still time to take the final battle to the Glassmaker himself. You have until January 24th to face this dire threat from the past. When Series 3: Glassmaker ends, there will still be a path to earning the Vitrica! Similar to how Wolf Beacons are available on Baro and the Emissary Boss Fight is available in the Star Chart, we will be returning Nihil’s Oubliette and the ability to acquire the Vitrica to those who missed Series 3: Glassmaker.

When Nightwave Series 3 has concluded, there will be a small pause, and then we shall move into another Nightwave Intermission, this time with some new Challenges, a new Resource to earn, and a track to progress through.

Season’s greetings, Tenno!

With Deimos: Arcana came the new Arcana Bounties. These multi-staged Isolation Vault Bounties have new tilesets, new tasks, and new rewards to earn. As you’re currently familiar with, in order to play any of the new Arcana Bounties, you first had to complete an Isolation Vault. On top of that, to escalate into Tier 2 and Tier 3 difficulty, you had to complete them chronologically each time.

While having an increased skill path for newer high Tier rewards makes sense on paper, the process and time it takes to reach the higher Tiers and Arcana Bounties is a long haul. Not each squadmate is keen on going all the way! The below is an accumulation of Community and Dev feedback to address these concerns, and allow a less restricted path to the Arcana Bounties and their rewards.

Hello, Tenno!

Bonewidow has had a bit of an iterative release - there’s all the changes we made post-test cluster weekend, some pretty nasty bug fixes, and now, another big round of changes. Feedback regarding Bonewidow’s abilities have brought forth the upcoming Ability overhaul changes you see below! We appreciate all the suggestions on our second Necramech thus far, take a look at what’s coming your way soon:

BONEWIDOW 2.0
MEATHOOK:
An important raised issue with Bonewidow is being unable to regenerate Health, as Bonewidow is geared towards the more “tankier” focused Necramech in comparison to Voidrig. This change to Meathook aims to tackle that head on.

  • Held enemies will lose Health over time, the Health lost will be transferred into Bonewidow. Held enemies will also have Damage Over Time applied to them.

We’ve got a desired boost incoming for Bonewidow overall, likely in the next HF hopefully going out today.

Bonewidow Changes:

  • Firing Line now has a forced stagger to de-mobilize enemies hit by its rays.
  • Shield Maiden now has a larger Health pool and increased angle of blocking (160 by default, 220 when holding Shield and Sword)
  • Exalted Ironbride now has a base damage value of 1500 at Max Rank (increased from original 1000)
  • Exalted Ironbride now has a base Critical Chance of 45% with a 3x multiplier (increased from original 5% and 1.5x).

Stats may be shifted based off of further testing but this is what we’ve centered around. Thanks for the feedback!

Yes! We are currently working on plans to refund early adopters of The Steel Path. Early adopters will receive the Steel Essence in a script hopefully soon! Apologies that this was not in the patch notes, it somehow got missed but it will be rectified.

The other part that needs Tinks only needs the coils, and 15 of them, which takes like 5mn of fishing to get and the other one somehow needs 40 Tinks, and only big ones count.

Meant to be scrap, not Tinks! Fix should be in next Hotfix.
