Yeah, I loaded the Circuit and left to eat something, when I returned there was a timer and a big warning telling me to kill remaining enemies, leading to the mission failure.
I guess it uses the default "Fail mission after 15 minutes with no kills" that some missions use.
This was highly likely the case, we're aware of it internally and we'll have a fix for it at some point in the future - Host migration bugs to squash in the meantime!

Did they fix Ocucor's tendrils not working with multishot? I got it long ago and it was really weak and apparently multishot didn't affect it.
Fixed a couple years ago! If its back, definitely let us know

So just a heads up. At least during actual Duviri missions I’ve both quit out and failed and it says you keep everything up to your last intrinsically earn. Missions end screen said nothing but I checked my inventory and had all the stuff I got.
This is true! UI bug, you will retain your resources and intrinsics up until your last decree earned (which is typically after each stage completion)
This will be fixed in a future Hotfix!
