This is a UI issue. I just double checked by crafting an Aeolak myself and the Foundry used the regular Thrax Plasm for it.

I needed to run the mission 3 times for this. The mine just can't be interacted with. 3rd time, it highlighted when I pointed at it and it worked.

Hiho, this seems to be a rare error. we're currently investigating it. I recommend you get in contact with support and include your ee.log file so we can have a closer look at it.
How to get ee.log: Type %localappdata%\Warframe\EE.log in your search bar and save it on desktop.

Yeah, sorry about this one. Originally the extraction point used to be slightly different, so initially this genestamp was alright. Not so much currently.
It is fixed on our test server and the change should ship with Veilbreaker 1.1.

I have nerve damage in my left hand (stabbed a pair of scissors through it when I was like 11 trying to cut open a bottle of glitter.) It makes bullet jumping kind of a pain. I use a macro on my mouse thats bound to crouch + jump. Will that get me banned?
/u/Zedar0 already put it quite nicely. Using Marcos for cases like yours are totally fine. Should you encounter any problems in the future, just get in contact with support and they'll help you sort things out.
