Yes, there are alliances.  Alliance has 12 simultaneous cap

The One-Eye sees all! The Chest of the One Eye is a personal chest placeable in your Eternal Kingdom!   

Once placed in your EK the triangle rotates, and the eyes look around.  

There is also still time to earn the March VIP Reward

Edit: Incorrect. Initial application of Arkon's Fury can crit, but the DoT also cannot. Seems Burning DoT abilities consistently are unable to crit.

The Burning DoTs not criting is intended. Bleed and Damnation DoTs can crit, but they are exceptions to the default behavior.

Campaigns

  • Fixed fort gate teleporters that would sometimes cause the player to teleport to the wrong side of the gate

  • Fixed an issue where the chat messages would sometimes not display after switching tabs

Eternal Kingdom

  • Fixed an issue where removing a noble from an EK would sometimes not mail every chest on the noble's parcel back to the chests owner's account vault. Any chests that haven't been mailed in the past due to this issue should now get mailed to their owner the next time a player enters the EK.
