Yeah, I just tried uninstalling BattleEye and deleting the entire BattleEye folder, then get Steam to reaquire the files and then launched PUBG. Just crashed again with the same error
Here's another option I suggest to people with issues. However, it is the nuclear option and comes with 2 big caveats.
If you are happy to continue, it's basically a reinstall of PUBG - but properly. Not just via Steam! :)

I've had no issues with this with 24H2. Though I have been running the beta build for a long time now. However, I have not seen any increase in reports about this either. Sometimes, BattlEye just... does it's thing lol.
My best advise for BattlEye issues, is to reinstall BattlEye itself.

Open Back might actually be your issue here. I find Open Back tends to be incredibly difficult for gaming - unless you are in an incredibly well acoustically sealed room.
I switch from my DT770s to DT990s and find the exact same issue, so I always use DT770s when gaming!
What exactly happens when trying to launch?
Sounds like you've tried some of the obvious steps, so my suggestion would be:
- Uninstall the game
- Head to %localappdata% and delete the TslGame directory
- Install the game
- See if it now launches
If still having difficulties, check Event Viewer to see if we're getting any output there.
Additionally, within %localappdata%\TslGame\Saved\Logs - see if there is a new TslGame.log created when you are trying to open.
That shot marker thing, if I understood how it works correctly, is a great QOL.
Maybe now queueing with randoms will be less of a pain.
A lot of them just shoot at enemy players without ever bothering to mark em.
Yeah - it was basically already possible, you just had to bind it to Mouse 1. So now it's just a standard thing for all!
